TERM & CONDITIONS

1) Please be informed that a 50% deposit would be required to confirm any bookings. The balance of 50% will be paid once the hantaran is completed. We regret to inform you that the 50% deposit is NON- REFUNDABLE for hantaran if any cancellation is made.

2) Charges will be imposed to any damages occurred to our rental items.

3) Customer is not allowed to alter the decoration without any discussion and permission by us.

4) All terms and conditions to be applied upon confirmation of booking fee.
